Forza Horizon 5: How to find the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas

The Forza Horizon 10th anniversary celebration continues; last week we showed you how to find the Horizon 1 Festival Site in the Copper Canyon for the “Party Like It’s 2012” daily challenge.

This week pays homage to Forza Horizon 2, which featured the 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 on the cover and took place in Southern France and Northern Italy and of course, brings a new set of corresponding Horizon 2 quests along with it. The “Party Like It’s 2014” challenge requires players to visit the Horizon 2 Fesitval Site in Colinas Aridas and the #Horizonversary Photo Challenge’s objective is to take a picture of the aforementioned 2014 Lamborghini Huracan at the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas.

There’s just one problem — the Horizon 2 Festival Site technically isn’t that close to Colinas Aridas. Luckily, that’s where we step in. Here’s how to find the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas (even though it’s a bit north of the directions which Playground Games gives you.)

How to find the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas

Just like the Horizon 1 Festival Site in Copper Canyon, the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas is hidden on the map. It can be found northwest of the Estadio Horizon, roughly 0.7 miles east of the Volcan Sprint road race and in between the Los Arboles speed trap and the city of Guanajuato. If you’ve reached Guanajuato, you’ve gone too far.

Take a look below to see where to find the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas on the map:

As you can see, that’s a tad bit north of Colinas Aridas. It’s alright, Playground Games, we get it. We’re really excited about the Forza Horizon 10th Anniversary celebration and it messes with our sense of direction too.

To complete the Photo Challenge on this week’s playlist, photograph the 2014 Lamborghini Huracan LP 610-4 at the Horizon 2 Festival Site in Colinas Aridas.

Note: If you’re playing Forza Horizon 5 off of Quick Resume, you may have to close the game down and restart it so that the Horizon 2 Festival Site generates in-game.

Ninja Gaiden was my rite of passage at an early age. After finally beating that game (and narrowly dodging carpal tunnel) I decided to write about my gaming exploits. These days I enjoy roguelikes and anything Pokemon but I'll always dust off Super Mario RPG, Donkey Kong Country and StarFox 64 from time to time to bask in their glory.
