Although the Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.10 from a few weeks ago intended to ameliorate many of the bugs and glitches which affected the game’s stability, many users not only reported these glitches and bugs occurring with the same frequency — but brand-new game-breaking bugs — the most glaring one being the Takemura holocall bug, emerging as well.

As a result, developer CD Projekt Red put out another hotfix on Thursday. The Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.11 Hotfix remedies the game-breaking Takemura bug as well as restores item randomization to its previous state. Check out the full Cyberpunk 2077 Update 1.11 Hotfix notes below.

This update addresses two issues that appeared after Patch 1.1:

Item randomization has been restored to the previous state.
The save/load loot exploit will be investigated further.

A bug in Down on the Street quest has been fixed.

It occurred for some players during a holocall with Takemura, when using a save made on version 1.06 with Down on the Street quest in progress at “Wait For Takemura’s call” objective. After loading such a save on version 1.1, the holocall would lack dialogue options and block interactions with other NPCs.

Ninja Gaiden was my rite of passage at an early age. After finally beating that game (and narrowly dodging carpal tunnel) I decided to write about my gaming exploits. These days I enjoy roguelikes and anything Pokemon but I'll always dust off Super Mario RPG, Donkey Kong Country and StarFox 64 from time to time to bask in their glory.
